1. Booking & Payment Policy

• All bookings made through our website are confirmed only upon full or partial payment, depending on the service type.

• Payments are securely processed through our integrated Razorpay Payment Gateway, ensuring fast and encrypted transactions.

• You will receive an instant email confirmation after successful payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Domestic Tours:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the travel date: 100% refund (excluding processing fees, if any).

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the travel date: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the travel date: No refund.

• International Tours:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before departure: 80% refund.

  • Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of departure: No refund.

3. Refund Process

• Once your cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during booking.

• For payments made via Razorpay, refunds will be directly credited to your bank or wallet linked with Razorpay.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Some services and bookings are non-refundable, including:

• Visa processing fees

• Flight or train tickets (if booked through us)

• Hotel bookings with non-refundable terms

• Peak season or last-minute bookings

5. Changes & Modifications

You may request changes to your booking (subject to availability and tour provider policies). Change fees may apply depending on the nature of the request.
